What are some top tips to help you to sell off your house? Real estate agents would advise putting up nicely shot photographs of a well-lit, immaculate home, clear of any mess.

But it doesn’t take a professional to tell you that unsolicited naked pics of yourself should never, ever be part of the equation.

A man hoping to sell his fully renovated maisonette home in Choa Chu Kang North in August last year might have scared off potential buyers in the worst way possible — with a picture uploaded in a listing on property site 99.co that featured his stark-naked self reflected on a bedroom mirror. A stove, a balcony, and air-conditioning were part of the included amenities, but unfortunately, the knowledge that the occupant used to wander around in the nude will be hard to erase for any new owners.

The real estate agent was only alerted to the penile problem by friends a few days ago. Even the homeowner didn’t realize that an accidental picture of his privates had been up on the site for months before being told about it by his agent yesterday, according to the agent’s account to Coconuts Singapore.

Here’s the listing that was up on 99.co briefly before the NSFW picture was taken down.

Ay, caramba, that’s, uh, not good. According to the dude whose dick was out, he had just finished spring cleaning the house and wanted to cool down before taking a shower. Thinking that it would be a fine time to take photos of his cleaned-up abode, he went around snapping some shots but, alas, didn’t realize that his naked body had been caught in the mirror.

In any case, the NSFW picture itself has been taken off the site, but the listing remains up. The home is no longer available for purchase either, because the real estate agent decided to take it off the market.

According to a 99.co representative who responded our queries, this was the first time such a case happened on the site, and it unfortunately went viral before they found out about it. After the discovery, the site quickly took down the offending image and informed the agent about what happened.
