Here’s the same man making good use of those boots, pounding the pavement in Tampines without a care in the world. Channel NewsAsia said that his journey took him near Block 523C Tampines Avenue 9 and Block 728 Tampines Street 71, a 10-minute walking distance from each other.
Police have been conducting investigations and are trying to establish his identity since they were alerted to the case of an obscene act at 7:40am.
