A man with a fetish for wearing women’s clothes has been sentenced to four weeks in prison for theft.
Alvin Heng Yong Chye, 23, was caught by a full-time NSman near midnight wearing a skirt and holding a woman’s top in his hand, reports Channel NewsAsia.
He was trying to pleasure himself.
Heng, a kitchen helper, was found on the second storey of an HDB and admitted to stealing the items from a clothes rack on the building corridor.
The presiding judge advised Heng, who told the court he was “very remorseful”, to commit himself to treatment.
