A 31-year-old man has been arrested over his suspected involvement in a case of housebreaking and theft in Bukit Batok.
Police received a report about a stolen donation box containing cash from a temple located along Bukit Batok West 8 on Mar 1. Extensive investigations established the thief’s identity and he was arrested on Mar 17 in the vicinity of Boon Lay Drive.
If convicted, he will be imprisoned for up to 14 years and/or fined.
