What started as an argument escalated into violence when a woman was reportedly stabbed by her boyfriend — both in their 20s — with a pair of scissors on Saturday, Oct. 26.
According to Shinmin Daily, the incident occurred at Blk 142B, Pasir Ris St. 11 at around 10:45pm.
Residents who heard the screams saw the woman resting on a stone chair and the man seating on the floor when they went to the scene to check it out.
The man appeared remorseful and has since been arrested.
