A 36 year-old man linked to a case of outrage of modesty commited at Jurong East Street 32, has been arrested.
On the night of Sept. 28, a 19-year-old female was molested by the culprit, who was later chased by the victim’s husband. The commotion attracted the attention of two passers-by, who aided in holding the culprit until police arrived.
The suspect will be charged in court today. If found guilty, he may face a jail sentence of up to two years, or fines, or caning.
