In response to StarHub’s unlimited weekend data plans announced this morning, M1 has entered the telco war by bringing back a new unlimited data plan — five years after these types of data plans were phased out.

The telco is launching mySIM3 98, a new unlimited 4G mobile plan with a one-year contract for $98 per month, and customers can get it starting tomorrow (Aug 31).

So if you’d rather pay a (much) higher price for unlimited data all day every day — instead of just on the weekend — you can head online or to M1 shops and distributors to sign yourself up.
