The retail section of the new Capitol integrated development will be fitted with an underpass linking it to the entrance of City Hall MRT, announced the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Tuesday (May 27).
The main building is due to launch by the end of this year, while the famed Capitol Theatre will reopen with two musicals about Lee Kuan Yew in early 2015.
Work on the new underpass will finish at about the same time.
