In the latest edition of Otter Adventures in Singapore, a family was spotted looking lost and confused in the CBD this morning. It didn’t take long for videos of the disoriented mammals to circulate social media, as everyone who chanced upon the animals seemed to instinctively whip out their camera phones for a quick snap.

The incident reportedly occurred along Anson Road in front of International Plaza, and it seemed like the family was attempting to cross the road but got put off by the heavy traffic. A security officer tried to direct traffic and ensure the safety of the otters, who eventually backed up into the only patch of greenery in the area, away from prying eyes and phone cameras.

Meanwhile, netizens alternated between exclamations about the adorable animals and worried remarks about their safety and whether they disrupted traffic. However, it’s unclear how the otters got there or what happened to them after their encounter on the busy morning roads.
