Local audio-visual collective and music label Syndicate has just released an EP entitled Ellipse from electronic producer Louis Quek, also known as Intriguant.
Though the first for Intriguant, Syndicate represents some of Singapore’s most prolific musicians including Max Lane (Bright//Shine) and Vandetta (Vandetta) — both of whom released EPs earlier this year via the music label.
This is Syndicate’s 8th release as a collective since starting out as a monthly night at the now de-funct Home Club. Before releasing quality visual and music productions, the collective staged live performances and prepared installations for various creative spaces in and around town — and continue to do so.
Ellipse lends its name to the title track below off Intriguant’s first EP. It is accompanied by Syndicate’s resident visualist Brandon Tay’s very first full-length music video.
