Tenashar, the Singaporean model and DJ who was somehow considered as one of the world’s top disc jockeys in 2013, is facing the music. The former FHM Singapore cover girl was sentenced to 18 months in jail for various drug offenses in court today.

Yahoo News Singapore reported that 32-year-old Debbie Valerie Tenashar Long pleaded guilty to consuming benzoylecgonine, a compound found in cocaine, as well as psilocin, the substance found in psychedelic mushrooms.

Long was also guilty of possessing controlled narcotics, including a hypnotic drug called nimetazepam and two containers of magic truffles, which she tried to bring into Singapore from Amsterdam.

The former signee of Universal Music Singapore was first arrested in October 2015 at Changi Airport when she returned from an Amsterdam trip. Suspecting her of committing drug offenses, officers rummaged through her luggage to find two containers of mushroom-like substances that were labeled “Psilocybe Atlantis Forbidden Fruit” — a brand of psychedelic truffles available for legal purchase and consumption in Amsterdam.

Altogether, she was found to with 41.81 grams of the stuff which contain psilocin, a Class A controlled drug in Singapore. Long’s urine sample had also tested positive for cocaine. Tablets of nimetazepam were found in her Robertson Quay home when the cops raided her house later on.

Then there’s the absconding while on bail. Yahoo News reported that Long left the country after being granted bail in 2015 and only returned here last year after her passport expired. Her lawyer argued that Long had been permitted to travel abroad for work by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) and that she had to stay overseas due to various personal issues.

She has since remained in remand after she returned to Singapore. According to her lawyer, she suffers from depression, hypnotic dependence syndrome, and insomnia, and even has a 12-year-old daughter in the care of her ex-husband.

Meanwhile, the authorities are still looking for her former beau Thorsten Nolte, a local radio jock who remains wanted by the CNB for failing to report back to Singapore for investigations over drug offences committed in 2015.
