When South Korean company LG announced the launch of its new Android phone the LG G Flex, it created quite a buzz in the smartphonesphere.
There’s no reason why it shouldn’t — the device’s features are nothing short of revolutionary.
Bending around a horizontal axis, the G Flex practically hugs your face when you’re talking on it, and the position of the volume and power buttons — on the back as opposed to the side of the casing — will definitely change how consumers use their phones.
The back of the G Flex is also coated with a self-healing material that’s said to reduce the sight of scratches to nearly nothing. The scratch demo below proves LG does live up to its claim though the surrounding climate plays a key role.
According to CNET, the LG G Flex will be available for pre-order in Singapore from Dec. 8 for SGD1,088 without contract.
