Yeap, today’s the day — the prime minister of Singapore will be going into Parliament and put to rest all the accusations lobbed by his own siblings about his abuse of power.
We doubt however that it’ll end the ongoing public tiff among the country’s first family, that honestly we can’t be bothered to keep track of. Mainly because it’s just one of those inane family arguments carried out on Facebook, the only difference being the dispute involves the will of Singapore’s founding prime minister Lee Kuan Yew.
Anywho, ahead of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s interrogation in Parliament (if you can even call it an interrogation), the Lee siblings who kicked off this whole hullabaloo have issued exactly why they’re so angry and upset in the first place. Presumably, they’ve done so in response to all the Singaporeans who’ve protested against the two bringing a private family matter into such public light — a legit disapproval too.
