As India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi makes his tour around Punjab today, he took some time to offer his condolences and expressed his dismay over hearing news of Lee Kuan Yew’s passing.
“A far-sighted statesman” and “a lion among leaders” were among the praises Modi heaped on Lee, posted on his Twitter account.
