King’s Ice Confection Potong popsicles recalled after metal nut found

F&N Creameries Singapore has voluntarily recalled seven types of King’s Ice Confection products (that expire before July 22, 2018) as a precautionary measure, after a member of the public found a metal nut in a Potong Red Bean ice cream bar.

Consumers are advised not to eat the recalled Potong range, which includes red bean, black glutinous rice/yam (multi-pack), durian, red bean and cempedak, teh tarik, black glutinous rice (single) and fruity lime.

The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority is working with the importer to investigate the incident.

Contact F&N Creameries Singapore at 6261-3133 or email icecream-sg@fnnfoods.com for enquiries or exchange.
