Local rapper, producer and music activist Kevin Lester, who was featured in the LionsXII’s television commercial with his song “PYCO (Put Your City On)” is gearing up for the launch of his new single “Overdrive”, set for Jan. 28 on all digital services.
And if you’re on Instagram, you can get “Overdrive” for free by posting the promo video (screenshots are fine too) — just remember to use the #Overdrive and mention Kevin at @thelioncityboy.
What’s more, three lucky folks will also be personally presented with a signed “PYCO (Put Your City On)” cap.
And — we’re really excited about this — “Overdrive” is the first in a monthly series of singles and videos spanning the year. These might all culminate to a 2014 album, so watch out for them.
