Hotel Clover the Arts opening in Chinatown next month

A new art-centric boutique hotel is opening in Chinatown next month.

The 44 rooms in six-storey Hotel Clover The Arts at 58 South Bridge Road will bear both local and international imageries designed by students from various art and design schools like Raffles Design Institute, as well as professional artists like Ceno2 (Kyo, Rolls-Royce Asia, Sennheiser Asia), plus members of the Life Art Society.

Ceno2’s distinct brand of aerosol art can be viewed on the hotel facade, in the lobby and on the second, third and fifth floors of the hotel, while the diverse Life Art Society members’ work will show on the fourth floor.

With pictures of Mount Fuji, flower attractions, waterfalls and vintage-inspired comic art, Hotel Clover The Arts sounds like it’s going to be a handful to eyeball, quite unlike the homely and less forthcoming Hotel Clover in Kampong Glam, but definitely calls to the adventurous (see photo gallery below).

All rooms at the Hotel Clover The Arts are equipped with flat-screen TVs, a mini bar and coffee machine, as well as unlimited internet access.

Room rates range from $215++ (single Superior) to $475++ (double Clover Executive).
