Things are looking up for Punggol residents, what with Coney Island nearby, Waterway Point, and now Orchid Bowl at SAFRA Punggol. The new bowling alley is the sixth outlet by the brand, and it’s got 24 lanes spread out over the 22,035 sq ft space. Plus, the facilities have several high-tech elements, including LCD screens, automatic bumpers and an interactive system offering an array of on-demand choices.
For not-too-difficult challenges with your buddies, try the Mad Games segment. Or go the cutesy route with adorable characters from the Youtoons feature that uses pictures taken from the in-built cameras on the SuperTouch LCD bowler consoles. And if you’re the ultimate noob when it comes to throwing any sort of ball, we’d recommend you try the adaptive skill level games and score assist option so you don’t lose too painfully to your expert friends.
Oh, and the super cool cosmic bowling sessions on Friday and Saturday nights will commence from July 1. Think club vibes, complete with banging tunes, but without the chaos of squishy, sweaty bodies around you (unless you count your friends). It’s all about neon fun.
