Mr. Gerald Tan Wei Jian, owner of all-day breakfast eatery Hatched has been found, police confirmed in a statement yesterday.
The authorities did not share any more information, including his current whereabouts.
The 32-year-old was reported to have been missing since Jan. 2, when he was seen along Kheam Hock Road at about 2pm wearing a green T-shirt and shorts.
Police published a notice on Facebook on Jan. 14 appealing for information on Mr. Tan’s whereabouts.
A Ms. Wilawan Tothong, which according to Yahoo! Singapore has been married to Mr. Tan since December 2013, wrote on Facebook on Jan. 14: “Where are you ?? Hope everything will be ok soon..Pls God protect him”.
She also shared a screenshot of the police notice.
