Oh dear, how embarrassing. An indoor gondola ride along the canal of Marina Bay Sands shopping centre turned from a gentle ride into an unexpected swimming exercise when one of the vessels flipped over yesterday.
According to pictures on Stomp, the passengers were completely drenched and were seen guided out of the water by the mall’s staff.
It was completely the worst place to have your boat capsize on you — you can’t drown in the knee-deep waters but you can probably die from the embarrassment under the laughing gaze of the hundreds of Sunday shoppers.
