In the midst of all the flurry of General Election news and little morsels of what he/she said about another person, it’s all too easy to forget about the pertaining problems that still remain despite motivated promises made by various political candidates. We don’t know the full story behind this man for sure, but this image captured by Yuen Leng Chan certainly is a powerful one, and especially relevant with polling day just around the corner.
It’s a popularity contest for sure, but at the end of the day, it’s all about what the people we’re voting for can do for our fellow citizens who aren’t doing as well as us. I mean that’s one reason why we put them in power in the first place right?
