Joining the shops at the newly-renovated Tiong Bahru Plaza is another familiar face: Golden Village Tiong Bahru. The refurbished cinema boasts five halls, 789 green cinema seats with ergonomic elements and 11 handicapped ones. Each hall is also equipped with Induction Loop, a technology that aids the hearing impaired.
To make your movie-watching experience easy and efficient, the cinema features automated ticketing machines, where you can buy tickets and food using credit cards, pre-paid cards or cash. Better yet, book online and go straight to the movie hall using Quick Tix, like you’ve probably been doing at other GV outlets. There’s really no need to buy tickets the old-fashioned way anymore (unless you’re watching a last minute flick).
