Four people suffered minor injuries after a lorry somehow flipped to its side at Ang Mo Kio yesterday afternoon.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the accident at about 2:10pm outside Nanyang Polytechnic, at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and Avenue 8. The overturned heavy vehicle blocked off a few lanes on the road, prompting police officers to direct traffic at the junction.
The four injured refused conveyance to hospital, said the SCDF.
Channel NewsAsia reported that the lorry was towed away soon after.
