People were screaming out against elder abuse this morning after heartbreaking footage emerged of an elderly woman being treated without compassion.

A woman seen roughly feeding rice and soup to the woman pissed many people off since it was posted to several locations yesterday. It amassed over one million views on TikTok in less than a day.

“Damn [fed-up] with this kind of people. Really if u are not kind hearted person, please don’t take up this job. Seriously this kind of incidents always happened. Can someone do something ASAP?!” Lurvechar wrote on TikTok.

It’s unknown where or when the incident took place, but some have called upon the authorities to investigate.

Many said the clip was painful and “heartbreaking” to watch.

Some scolded the poster by assuming he did not speak up and quietly took the video instead.

“The person taking [the] video should bravely stop her first and help this elderly … [taking] video is not helping much,” Magcmk wrote.

Kit_1515 said this clip is why it is “Best to take care of our own parents ourselves.”

Another user said the real monsters were the ones who leave parents in elderly homes.

“If you think this is abusive, you should think about the people who leave them there,” Maven2ds wrote.

But the plot thickened when someone in the comments identified only as Greyhez claimed that the woman was her grandmother and said that they were “looking into” getting a new domestic worker.
