No super-high-speed internet connection for residents in the Sengkang vicinity today — fibre broadband connectivity has been down since early this morning, said network operators NetLink Trust.
According to them, the outage since a little after midnight this morning was due to a cut by a third party contractor performing draining and sewage works along CTE and Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 junction.
Sengkang residents should be able to use their fibre connections by now — NetLink Trust’s restoration services was expected to be restored by 11am.
“NetLink Trust is working with all relevant parties to ensure that the service is restored at the affected areas as soon as possible,” they wrote in a statement.
