A toddler was almost hit on Bedok North Road in Singapore on May 2, by the looks of a video uploaded to the Discuss SG Youtube channel yesterday.
At the 0:20 mark you can see the youngster run in front of the car where the video is filmed from, and then almost get hit by a vehicle in the next lane. Watch below:

On May 2, 2014 around 8.51pm, this toddler was seen rushing across the road upon green light. Luckily the driver (my dad) was aware and reacted fast enough to jam the brakes and avoid knocking down the little toddler.
