Brace yourselves; the December school holidays are coming. Despite the onslaught of younglings across the streets of Singapore, take heart that Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates and Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) hours will be reduced throughout the period.
ERP rates at selected roads and expressways will be reduced by a dollar from Nov 21 to Dec 31:
During the same period, VEP operating hours will end earlier at 12pm on weekdays. This would mean that all drivers of foreign-registered vehicles will not need to pay any fees for the day if they were to drive into Singapore after 12 noon and leave by 2am the following day.
