A wild brawl involving about 20 people erupted in the usually quiet Duxton Hill area late Sunday afternoon.
Nine of them, aged between 20 and 35, have been arrested, The New Paper reported.
The rowdy confrontation was caught on video and showed what appeared to be a clash between two groups outside a bar.
Screams and shouts can be heard in the clip while a woman in red can be seen holding a man back from joining the brawl.
The group then moves to the parking lot next to them and begin a chase. One of the men can be seen falling down and a rubbish bin is knocked down.
Multiple police vehicles later arrived at the scene, but the crowd had already been dispersed by then.
Coconuts Singapore has reached out to police for comment and will update this story as new information becomes available.
