Back in 2016, we surfaced a map of Singapore in its most politically incorrect form, with places like Bishan famous for the Bishan Gay, Orchard/Somerset populated by Pinoy picnics and, of course, Yishun termed as the Murderer and Siao Lang town.

On Saturday, one netizen by the name of Hong Chong Wen came up with several hilariously accurate maps of his own, with eight different ways to divide Singapore.

Check ’em out below.

The first one hits straight at the political heart of Singapore, citing Lee Kuan Yew on his famous “repent” quote with Hougang SMC and Aljunied GRC under the wing of the Workers’ Party, while the rest of the “sheeple” voted for the reigning People’s Action Party in the 2015 General Elections.

Then there are the usual jokes about Woodlands being “basically Malaysia”, “rich bastards” residing in the Botanic Gardens/Bukit Timah areas, and the eternal rivalry between Easterners and Westerners living on opposite ends of the island.

But the most popular map has to be the one about train disruptions. Because no matter where you live on this little red dot, you’d have experienced some sort of train breakdown at some point in your life — and nothing unites people better than a common complaint.
