We first saw this photo on Facebook, shared by user ‘Solomon Wallflower‘ on Sept. 17, but it has seen been circulating on local online forums. In the photo, a couple is seen on the ground at what looks to be the Read Bridge connecting Riverside Point to Clarke Quay.
UPDATE: Here’s a more close-up photo released by The Real Singapore on Sept. 20, as well as an eye witness account by 25-year-old professional wrestler Kenneth Thexeira:

“I was drinking with my boys and some ladies a little after midnight when I turned around due to a rising commotion. And right there on the floor! A Caucasian man and lady were frolicking on the ground. Lips locked and hands running all over each other. I couldn’t make out what race the lady was, but she was pinned shoulders to the ground, and her legs, one was in Jurong, the other was in Pasir Ris! My friends and I, now we don’t see these things happening on a daily basis, and we gave due cries of support to this daring couple. The lady seemed out of it, she didn’t know where she was! But the man proved himself a dude and flashed the thumbs-up sign to us, savouring his triumph. They were, however, not making love. They were but simulating it, perhaps to get a rise out of onlookers, heh heh if you know what I mean, daddy.”
