Making our lives easier, one search option at a time, is Google Flights, which just launched in Singapore yesterday. In an effort to help travelers find the best available flight options, the platform allows you to compare and book flights on desktops, mobile devices, and tablets, as you hunt down your ideal routes and fares.

By typing in “Flights to”, followed by your intended destination, in the Google search bar or the Google Flights page, you’ll get access to information including dates, prices, airlines, connecting airports, and even airport alternatives.

For those in need of travel ideas, the Explore tab on Google Flights offers suggestions based on popular trips or your preferred activities. So if you’d like to, say, escape from the Chinese New Year festivities in 2019, just choose “February” and your trip duration to find dates and destinations with the lowest prices.

Still unsure about leaving town? Choose the option to track a flight, and you’ll get email notifications about price changes and travel tips.
