The 21-year-old man that police arrested after the alleged murder of his brother at a Choa Chu Kang condominium has been charged with murder at the State Courts.
The incident happened on the evening of Apr 13 in a three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Windermere condominium.
“The younger Ng, who reportedly graduated from a polytechnic recently, had apparently killed his brother after an argument,” according to Today.
