After four years at a prime waterfront spot by Marina Bay, Spanish restaurant Catalunya has closed its doors at that location for good. Apparently, its last day of operations was on June 2, but it’s looking to move to a new location (although we’re not sure what venue could beat the spectacular views that Fullerton Pavilion offered). The new home has not yet been found, so fingers crossed it’ll be a good one.
No reason for the change in venue has been cited, and Catalunya’s Facebook page has not been updated, save for the phrase ‘permanently closed’ at the opening hours tab.
Look out for the announcement of a new tenant at Fullerton Pavilion in the next few weeks.
