Three Google alumni Aleetza Senn, Timo Josten and Vinoaj Vijeyakumaar have officially launched Sparkline, a data analytics company specialising in business operations, marketing and merchandising, in Singapore.
Said Timo Josten of the launch on Nov. 12, “The data analytics space in Asia is a huge opportunity. We are already working with great companies, and are currently recruiting data analysts, system integrators and account managers to capture more of the growth.” According to Josten, IDC estimates the APAC (x-Japan) Big Data technology and services market will be worth USD1.71bil in 2016.
Sparkline provides services to do with assessment and strategy and customised training to bring teams up to speed with data, amongst others.
At the moment, it counts companies like Google, Malaysia Airlines and SingPost as clients.
