A man was just found lying face down in a pool of blood in front of Hawaiian poke bowl joint A Poke Theory earlier this afternoon.
The police are currently at the scene along Boon Tat Street right now, where a man was believed to have been stabbed. The man, reportedly in his 30s, was taken to the Singapore General Hospital around 1:25PM by the Singapore Civil Defence Force. In a statement made by the police, the man was taken conscious to the hospital but was pronounced dead at 2:13PM.
A 60-year-old suspect was arrested and led away in a police car near the scene of the crime.
According to witnesses who sent images to Coconuts Singapore, a stretch of the road has been cordoned off from traffic and the public. Evidence markers were placed on various spots of blood that were splattered on the pavement. A pool of blood was seen in front of A Poke Theory.
