A 35-year-old man has been sent for two-year treatment after his habit of stealing bras was discovered.
Former branch manager of a bank Ng Eng Huat, was reported to have peeped into the bedroom of a 25-year-old woman at Bishan St. 22 on Jul. 15.
He then proceeded to steal a bra that was hanging over a chair in the same room.
A police report was made after the woman’s neighbour had spotted him.
Ng also admitted to having a possession of 11 bras and has been diagnosed with voyeurism and fetishism.
