Couple goals… right? A dashcam footage of a couple riding their motorcycles together went viral for all the wrong reasons — the man was captured playing around with the lady’s throttle (no, not sexual innuendo, you pervs), causing the woman’s motorbike to lurch forward and crash into the rear of a car.
Uploaded to Facebook by a friend of the driver who owns the dashcam, the footage starts off with the two bikers playfully teasing each other — the woman touches his handlebar in an attempt to scare her boyfriend. He playfully tries the same trick, but unfortunately pulls back her bike’s throttle, causing her to rear-end the stationary car in front.
Both can be seen laughing throughout the entire incident as she scrambles to recover her bike back up, while the car’s driver and passenger alight to assist them. All just harmless fun, right? Apparently not so.
In the post and its comments section, the uploader claimed that the driver had asked if the motorcyclists wanted to settle the damages privately or via insurance — but they allegedly refused to exchange particulars and attempted to twist the story in their favor. The driver was said to have called the police following a heated exchange.
As usual, a witch hunt was thoroughly conducted (though it’s not that hard — their license plate numbers are crystal clear) and the male motorcyclist’s profile was exposed not long after.
