As part of the “Remaking Our Heartlands” plan, Bedok will soon welcome a brand new complex spanning across 21,696 square metres along Bedok North Street 1 come 2017.
Bedok Integrated Complex (BIC) will be occupied by the Kampong Chai Chee Community Club, Bedok Sports Centre, and other amenities such as an eldercare centre, polyclinic and public library.
Residents will be able to enjoy the facilities at the new Bedok Sport Centre when it opens with six sheltered tennis courts, eight badminton courts, two sepak takraw and silat courts, and five pools.
Besides the addition of BIC, new developments such as the Bedok Integrated Transport hub and Bedok Residences will also be joining the neighbourhood.
