Update: A 25-year-old man identified to be Manohar Thirunavukkarasu, was arrested after leaving a fight in the early hours of Tuesday, Apr. 11. Sounds mild? At the time of arrest, he was carrying an axe.

In a dashcam footage uploaded on YouTube, a man wearing dark clothes and white sneakers can be seen walking towards two police officers on Stamford Road, heading towards Raffles City.

The man was walking steadily and did not appear to be in a drunken state.
