The commencement of the new Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) on Dec. 29 means four bus services — 100, 400, 402, 502/502A — will have to change their routes.
Each bus service will have five new bus stops along Central Boulevard and Shenton Way, but will no longer stop at the four existing bus stops along Marina Place, Marina Street and Marina Station Road.
A relocated bus stop along Central Boulevard will replace the current bus stop at Marina Boulevard for buses 400 and 402.
Services 30/30E, express service 513 and nine other premium services — 538, 539, 544, 545, 552, 553, 554, 566 and 585 — will have their routes diverted to the MCE instead of the East Coast Parkway (ECP).
All the above-mentioned bus services won’t have skip any bus stop they pass on their routes.
