Yesterday, Amazon launched its web streaming platform, Amazon Prime Video, in Singapore. Part of an international move that saw the service debut in over 200 territories, it allows new users a seven-day free trial. You can also subscribe to Prime Video at an intro price of US$2.99 (S$4.25) per month for the first six months — that’s half the price of the regular subscription.
Available to stream are Amazon original series such as The Grand Tour, as well as dramas like The Man in The High Castle, Transparent and Mozart in The Jungle. The library also offers hundreds more films and TV series.
