Local actress Rui En headed to court today and pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving for the April 12 incident, where her BMW mounted the kerb and hit a stationary motorcycle at a Clementi car park. She was fined $700, and the district judge declared there was no drink driving or injuries involved in the case, “only slight damaged property”, according to TODAY.
After the accident, the 35-year-old had apologised in an official statement and again at MediaCorp’s Star Awards show. Now that her day in court is over, it’s time to move on.
