40-year-old Singaporean Lim Hou Peng (Jackson) has been charged with causing the death of a woman at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10.
Lim was found with the dead body of 32-year-old Vietnamese Tran Cam Ny when police arrived at the ninth-floor unit last Thursday, and was arrested.
According to TODAY, he was charged Saturday (Nov. 22) morning in court, where he was ordered to be remanded for psychiatric assessment.
Lim will face the court again on Dec. 12.
