A 27-year-old man received a one-day jail sentence and $2000 fine for rubbing his groin on a woman’s face.
The obscene act was commited by Ho Jue Ting Anodas at the al fresco dining area of a restaurant in Tanjong Pagar where he had dinner with his victim.
Ho started misbehaving and causing nuisance to other customers after consuming alcohol. He then dropped his pants and shoved the woman’s head towards his private parts, refusing to stop despite warnings by the restaurant manager.
For committing the obscene act in public, Ho could’ve been jailed for a maximum of three months and fined.
