A 24-year-old man has been arrested and linked to a case of outrage of modesty along New Upper Changi Road.
A woman had called the police on Aug. 15 reporting the incident, which was followed up on by officers from Bedok Police Division.
A search resulted in the capture of the suspect at Block 209 New Upper Changi Road at 10:30pn the same day, with the help of members of the public.
The suspect will be charged in Court today. If convicted, he may face a jail term, or with fine, caning, or a combination of such punishments.
