The municipality of Tampines just can’t seem to get rid of their mosquito problem as the number of cases in Singapore’s biggest cluster rose to 188. On Tuesday itself, a total of 10 cases were reported.
Areas such as Tampines Ave 1, Tampines Ave 3, Tampines Ave 4, Tampines St 81 and Tampines St 91 have been hit by the rampant dengue cases says the National Environment Agency.
Channel NewsAsia reports that Tampines Town Council has further strengthened preventive measures across cluster areas, with drains and gullies being oiled daily now to prevent breeding.
