Remember those heavy rains last Friday afternoon? They caused a flash flood along Enterprise Road in Jurong West, stranding several vehicles on the road. An SBS bus with passengers on board was among the trapped vehicles, bringing the total number of people stuck in the flood to 11.
But thanks to the Singapore Civil Defence Force, who sent two fire engines, one ambulance and one support vehicle to the scene, no injuries were reported and everyone was evacuated to safety.
