Accredit HR Consultancy, Dr.Ci:Labo, Global Citizen Forum, Modern Pak, PSC Biotech, Sky Asia Consulting, Stafflink Services, Winshire Education Centre and Zingmi were the 10 companies named by the Ministry of Manpower to have posted discriminatory job ads and were suspended from hiring foreign talent.
The companies had mentioned attributes such as age, gender and nationality in their job postings, but were unable to provide valid justification for them.
These 10 are unable to hire foreign workers for six months after they’ve up public apologies online for 30 days.
Earlier this year, Expedia Singapore and Incofood Singapore were also reprimanded for posting discriminatory job ads.
