Have you recovered from Chinese New Year yet? Get ready to get pumped all over again with these killer acts coming to Singapore starting next month. From a world-famous comedian to Australian singing sensations, it’s all courtesy of Live Nation SG.
1) MAROON 5
Admit it, a Maroon 5 concert is on every millennial’s bucket list. (We’ll forgive those Super Bowl dance moves, Adam.) Maroon 5 is touring Singapore for their “Red Pill Blues” tour of 2019. They’ll be performing their chart-topping singles “Girls Like You”, “Sugar” and whole bunch of other hits, so you don’t want to miss it. This phenomenon is taking place on Mar. 7, 2019 at the National Stadium, Singapore. Hurry up, the tickets are selling out pineapple tarts on Chinese New Year.
2) JIM GAFFIGAN
Ok, now for those events that will appear to the most discerningly hip out there. After the exhilaration of Maroon 5, tickle your funny bone with some stand-up comedy that’s witty, funny, and sarcastic (we’re running out of words to describe his talent) by American stand-up sensation, Jim Gaffigan. He’s brought his comic stylings to The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, Flight of the Conchords, That 70s Show, The Ellen Show, The Daily Show, and even Law and Order: Criminal Intent.

3) RUEL
If you’re looking for something fresh, you’re in luck because the youngest ARIA award-winning artist Ruel will be in Singapore making his debut. He will be performing some of his hit singles like “Dazed And Confused,” “Younger,” and “Don’t Tell Me.” The legendary singer Elton John described Ruel’s singing voice as “incredible.” So, yeah, safe to say this is something to look forward to.

4) TOM ODELL
Time for a change of pace now. The English song-writing sensation and winner of the Ivor Novello in his home country, Tom Odell, is the next act on our power-packed list of once-in-a-lifetime events in March. His tour across Asia has been much anticipated and sources say that he’s going to perform a very intimate number on the piano (wink… wink!). For all you indie and folk-pop fans in Singapore, here he comes.

5) TROYE SIVAN
Were you as psyched as us when Australian sensation Troye Sivan announced his “Bloom” tour of Asia will include the Little Red Dot? The MTV Teen Choice Award-winning artist has been receiving praise from music icons like Taylor Swift and gaining serious street cred from Rolling Stone, which has sort of been a revelation for him. And, wah lau, his electronic dance pop has earned him his fair share of followers. All these signs lead to what looks like a can’t-miss event.
Troye Sivan will be performing on Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Star Theatre, Singapore. Hurry up, because buying tickets might be easy now, but we don’t know for how much longer.
