Friday, Sept 9

Bourbon Street Launch Party

Nosh on soul food including the likes of chicken waffles and seafood gumbo, then dance it off and throw back $10 bourbon shots all night long.

Food & Venture Weekend Market

Homegrown craftsmen and designers will make an appearance at this event, alongside Band of Doodlers and One Maker Group, for workshops, mini food tours and plenty of retail goods.

Ghost Stories Campfire Night Session I

Sit around the ‘campfire’ and get freaked out by supernatural tales by facilitator Z’ming as he shares his own perspectives on ghost stories as a realm of tension between past and present.

Green Living 2016

Learn about eco-friendly and sustainable living from over 40 workshops and seminars, check out a reality-to-virtual display by World Wildlife Federation and cosy up in IKEA’s house warming party at a newly-built sustainable home.

SAVOUR Wines 2016

The all-new wine market features more than 400 wine labels from all over the globe, including South America, Australia, Spain and Argentina. Plus, you’ll get to taste dishes from award-winning restaurants at $6 or $12 each.

Until Sept 11; 6pm-11pm at Bayfront Ave. Free entry to Gourmet Village, access to Wine Market limited to Wine Tasting Card Holders. Pre-purchase: $15/10 wine tastings, $20/20 wine tastings, both include limited edition SAVOUR wine glass.

 

Saturday, Sept 10

Makers’ Market

For a variety of locally crafted products, the Makers’ Market features beauty brands like 13rushes, paper goods by Mint&Ordinary, workshops by Fayyterrarium, and F&B stalls by the likes of Avoavoshake and Cheau’s Home Baked.

Mid-Autumn Carnival 2016

Bring the whole family and soak in cheery vibes with a bouncy castle, games, a photo booth and free ice cream, candy floss and balloons.

11am-4pm at Farmart Centre. Free.

PACT Closing Party

It’s been four good years, but sometimes good things come to an end. Browse through the clearance rack at sifr (nothing’s above $50), get your hair done by itto+lim (from 3pm-6pm) and munch on canapes by Kilo Orchard as Daryl C lays down the beats.

1pm-6pm at PACT, L2 Orchard Central. Free.

Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention

Singapore’s largest comic convention returns for another year with a whole lot of events, activities and special guests to keep all the fans occupied all weekend.

Until Sept 11; 11am-8pm at B2, Halls E & F, Marina Bay Sands. One-day pass $19; two-day pass $28.

Summer Beach Festival

The Clarke Quay club’s first ever summer beach fest welcomes you to rock up to the dance floor in your best summery threads — and yes, that even means flip flops, singlets and t-shirts. Party it up with DJs Ollie Des and Yenn on the first level, or Stingray and Spex upstairs.

10pm-4am at Attica. Before midnight: $30, includes three drinks.

The Black Market

Youth.SG is turning 10, so it’s throwing a massive party and inviting you. Pop by for National Youth Film Awards screenings, acoustic and DJ sets, performances by stunt bikers, skateboarders and parkour groups, art installations, and an art market by The Local People.

Ultra Singapore

Two entire days of festivities await at Marina Bay, where names like Deadmau5, Afrojack, Kygo, Marshmello, Alesso, Above & Beyond, Axwell ^ Ingrosso and DJ Snake will take the stage to get you up on your feet all day and night.

Sunday, Sept 11

Ultra Singapore’s Official Closing Party

Can’t get enough of Ultra Singapore after two entire days? Head on over to the nearby CÉ LA VI for an after-party starring DJs Marshmello and Jauz.

11pm-3.30am at CÉ LA VI. Pre-sale $48, includes one drink.
